Ordering ahead
BLUMI currently requires advance ordering, normally at least 48 hours before the requested fulfillment date. Available dates shown in checkout may exclude holidays, closed dates and capacity limits. Submitting a preferred date does not guarantee a different arrangement outside the offered options.
Pickup
Pickup is offered in Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA 92130, generally at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Pickup is free. For privacy, the exact pickup address and instructions are not displayed on the public website; they are sent separately after verified payment to eligible pickup customers. Please contact BLUMI if you require a different time; changes require confirmation.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available only for eligible ZIP codes and dates, subject to availability. Enter your delivery ZIP code in checkout to see the applicable fee before payment. The current standard delivery window is 3:30 PM–6:00 PM Pacific Time, subject to confirmation and operational conditions. BLUMI arranges delivery separately; delivery is not represented as an integrated real-time courier service.
Delivery address and access
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address and any access details needed for handoff. Please monitor your email or phone near the selected fulfillment window. If access or delivery becomes impossible, contact BLUMI promptly so available options can be reviewed.
Temperature and food safety
Macarons are perishable. Refrigerate promptly after receiving them, keep in an airtight container, and follow any product-specific instructions. Ingredient and allergen information is shown with the individual flavors.
