These terms apply to orders placed with BLUMI Macarons, operated by YIB LLC in San Diego, California. By placing an order, you agree to the order details and policies presented before payment, subject to applicable law.
Products and availability
Our macarons are handmade in small batches. Flavors, designs, availability and packaging may change. Product photographs may include concept imagery and may not show the final product exactly.
Ordering and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The final item price, delivery fee, applicable tax and total are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Square. An order is considered confirmed when payment is successfully verified and the order is recorded.
Pickup and delivery
Please review our Pickup & Delivery Policy. Pickup is offered in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego; exact pickup instructions are provided separately for eligible paid pickup orders. Delivery depends on your ZIP code, date and availability.
Changes and cancellations
Requests for changes or cancellations should be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery window. Full refunds for timely cancellation depend on production not having started; late cancellations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Food allergies and storage
All BLUMI macarons contain almond and egg. Depending on flavor, products may contain milk, soy, peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, wheat and other ingredients. Ingredients and allergen information appear on each flavor's detail panel; contact us before ordering if you have an allergy. Products are made in a shared production environment, and cross-contact cannot be ruled out. Keep macarons refrigerated in an airtight container and follow any product-specific storage instructions.
